Useful information to include
For calculator feedback, include the building size, selected project scope, frame type and the page where you noticed the issue. You may include a MetalCalc shared-estimate URL because it contains project assumptions, but review the link before sending it.
Please do not email sensitive information
Do not send payment details, government identification numbers, account passwords, private supplier contracts or other sensitive information. If discussing a supplier proposal, remove personal details, signatures and confidential terms first.
What MetalCalc can and cannot do
MetalCalc can review reports of calculation errors, unclear assumptions, broken pages and content corrections. It cannot approve a foundation, interpret local building codes, certify a supplier, negotiate a contract or replace advice from a licensed local professional.
